    And to quote Einstein again, when repeating the same routine / mistake all over again one can't expect a different outcome.

    The question directed to Dalts is, who really needs mental help? The one commenting on the chair's decisions or the chair making the decisions.

    Dr Bec "dared" to try a different approach and got $4m, the chair couldn't stand it and countered her efforts with $3.2m offer which he hardly will get.
