I'm picking a RI sell off across the board prior to Christmas...to New Years and in February March when the Credit Card Bills hit..

Just listening to Brokers and Bankers RI are being hit financially from multiple fronts , Mortgages , Insurance , Property Taxes , Fuel ,, nothing is getting cheaper>>>

You seem pretty experienced and would have built up a financial buffer over the years like many old school investors but the New Crew just aren't as well financially insulated ..

I'm just in watch mode at present , exited a few over the past 6 weeks,,, but I do see considerable Value Here at CHM ,, just picking a moment to take up a solid position....
