Totally agree. We should have had an equal percentage with the institutions. Also, the institutions have received their shares since 6 April and they are doing a very good job in keeping the lid on the SP. Have they been promised a chunk of the shortfall maybe? It is very unclear what the company intends to do with this shortfall. Very bald statement: "The Company reserves the right to place any shortfall shares at their discretion".
As far as I understand retail investors do not have the right to get any extra shares from the shortfall.
