There is still a percentage of the population, that predominantly because of their age, cannot use a computer so do not have an email, or use internet banking.
With interest rates where they currently are, self funded retirees are forced to look for alternative investments, and it is made more difficult for those people if information is not conveyed to them in a timely manner.
Additionally, did you know that you cannot go into a bank branch to ask for assistance to undertake a bpay payment, even though the Australian banks own the bpay system?
