It is just a rat.... deal.

NB There is only one thing that will get this CR over the line - a price sensitive announcement announcing a deal with a major distributor clearly indicating revenue.

Where is the incentive for the shareholders. There is nothing in the statement supporting the CR that indicates anything in the company will change apart from keeping it afloat and paying off its debts.
Their management decisions to date have brought the SP to its knees. After the CR the company will be trading at .001/.002 - thats survival territory before the inevitable.

The marketing to date has basically produced no revenue. It seems like they are operating like a retail store, put up a sign on the window and waiting for the customer to come in and buy one at a time. Sure fire way to go broke. Its operating like a corner deli business.

What DEAL have done with any major organisation . DEAL meaning a commitment to buy. None that I can see. All these waffle announcements are soft sell window dressing, similar to the facebook ads.

These guys need to sharpen up fast.

hoofs ! i cant believe your goint to take up your full offer the way your talking now and i dont blame you one bit... i aint goin anywhere near this capitol raise and am just going to leave this crap investment in my bottom drawer and sulk for a few years and check again if its worth a bean then we all have to wonder what happened to maglor and what his opinion is on all this?
