If people do participate in the offer at 16.5c, there's probably going to be quite a bit of selling at 17c-19c for what they're hoping to be a quick profit (especially people sitting on big losses trying to recoup some money back)
Will this keep the share price suppressed when the new shares are received?
Everyone rushing for the exits taking whatever profit they can?
