Not a vote of confident the majority of the directors not saying they are participating. Putting a small amount of their salaries back into the company. And the underwriting comment is laughable. New MD is on 450k+ ffs, come on back the company you are running. I might even get a few if the company has a decent level of funding and $$ won't just get whittled away funding the directors.
