There is nowhere feasible left to fall with the share price at 0.1c so imo they will announce a consolidation (reverse split) immediately after the Entitlement Offer shares are issued (sometime in the days following 14 July). This will give them some Exchange liquidity. It is currently implausible to remain with this level of shares on issue - every 0.1c gain doubles the current market cap. Suddenly a $4.78m market cap company is a $9.56m market cap company just because 100,000 shares change hands at $200 (i.e. 0.2c per share). The jumps are just too extreme not to warrant a major consolidation. Small parcel holders will be effectively obliterated in the process.
