Well there does appear to be quite a few long term holders will let this cap raise pass..i for one will.In reply to 3 cap raising in 3 years, i believe it is over the top as PAN was a producer for quite a time.Not just an explorer.Past year has been good to me so i can quite easily write my losses on PAN off.I took up the last cap raise and sent money for extra shares of which a small % were issued.In hindsight management screwed up then, hence the need for more cash now, which i believe will be hard to raise. No news about thunder bay..seems HRN a lost cause..so when you keep taking water from the well it soon dries up...cheers
