I also ordered more than my entitlement, and I reckon I'll get it all.

Immediate target to raise $6.25M will be certainly reached, but I doubt there will be a full subscription of $22.90M. It will be somewhere in between, we can just guess - but I reckon ~ $10M total is as good guess as any.

So I'm pretty sure that there will be no scale back - anyone that subscribed to additional shares will get them, and RFX will get enough money as they planned.
