Who knows. I'd be interested to see if Siemens Health participates in some form or another with $, maybe picking up some of the shortfall as a placement if the SPP if the SPP is not fully taken up. Siemens has been in some form of technical liaison with IBX from the commencement of the clinical trials ( but management have never spelt out to us what the detail of this liaison is, .. why , one could reasonably ask). Siemens have a significant global interest in medical imaging diagnostics so their interest is understandable. Will that ever turn into some kind of financial support is a fair question especially given the recent confirmation that the nano particles are improving imaging contrast. If Siemens came to the party with $$ and, importantly, had a management/oversight role in further trials then its a different ball game to what we have now , and a potential game changer. But as it currently stands with our management team I find it hard to be overly positive in progressing this technology to commercialization in a reasonable timeframe.
