That would be just as good for RFX - they would get the capital!
I agree that extending the offer is not promising. I guess they will be on the phone/e-mail contacting all the large shareholders they can. But if the current board members have not participated significantly in the offer (as was the case for the last CR) then shareholders who do participate should rightfully expect a new board.
