Alternatively RFX could make the deal more attractive e.g. bonus options or just a lower price for shares. The CR is being offered at a share price 35% above the recent intra day low of 15.5c on 25May23. I don't know how many people will still fall for the used car sales trick of bumping up the price by 35% and then offering a 10% discount.
