If you are selling at 19.5c to raise funds to take part in the Entitlement Offer which is priced at 21c you are losing 7 percent "straight off the bat".
I do not think many people are silly enough to do that.
RFX were disingenuous when they priced the EO at 21c, claiming it was at a discount. What nonsense. The WVAP over the last 3 months is less than 20c. The simple fact is that they have priced the EO too high and I do not see many people being altruistic and participating when they are in the red immediately.
I agree that it will be a shame if RFX have to raise funds by a more dilutive method. If RFX had priced the EO at a realistic discount shareholders like me would participate.
Of course i am hoping that announcements regarding the signing more contracts will lift the share price and encourage shareholders like me to participate. And despite buying on market for 19.5c if the share price rises i will participate fully in the EO.
Time will tell not long now
