I agree - I suspect they are expecting some good news. Something out of that extra 19 MWh from page 8 of the pres? I've assumed this cap raise is to give confidence to the customer, if the deal goes through, RFX will have the capital to do the job. Without the CR, risk of chicken and egg situation. They might even extend a couple more times if that is the case - I don't mind! It is probably a smart move.
