My intial thoughts were maybe just allowing some time for the SH's and the market to digest the implications of the budget..but then why not set that up initially.
What sort of annoucement would get the SH going ?
To early for this months production numbers
Another contract - itd have to be a private/non subsidised or huge and setting up the runway for a second factory
Funding agreement ....if a funding agreement with Arena/ CEFC etc were anounced i think thatd be what im looking for
Never know , but not holding out , seems to early
