Good healthy discussion around the timing of the capital raise. I was 100% going to take up my entitlement until the SP came back to 10 cents and below. Bought on market what was my entitlement and a few more.
Some have argued that this does not support the company as I am not investing via the cap raise. However, given that NM has underwritten the cap raise and it virtually free, I took the view that we have guaranteed the raise through NM and I am supporting the SP - win/ win in my books. IMHO, the cap raise timing was pretty average and certainly put a dampner on the SP.
