I think people still have some questions about what the settlement with Angel will mean to returns. they aren't looking at the new issue... they don't care for it one way or the other. but that just gives opportunities for others. may take a few results from the new structure for these type of investors to get back in. but in the meantime I'm happy to take some in here and wait it out. I do hope the issue goes well but have some doubt
