If you were Allocated Shares you could have sold up to the limit of that Allocation without being an insider. Granted that would only be 1/12 of your holding.
I could still be wrong, but I keep my view that the Offer will be unlikely to be fully subscribed. In such a circumstance at least some of your applied for Shortfall shares, if not all, would be granted.
