i tend to agree with being screwed, the board offers no real trade outcomes here that will increase the market cap, just making sure the loans from the elite remain at the highest possible interest rate to its maximum possible extension, which means we all pay the company capital, the company pays the board members with loans to TIG the high interest and principle back, which in turn helps keep the purchase price even lower for them and soak up any shortfalls

i would have been happier if they were forced to pay more for the shares not less, after all its our capital that will fund their even cheaper shares..

doesnt matter what the minor shareholders think, for some reason the book build does not need shareholder approval. unless i am missing something?
