The Chairman's " report " at end 2017 was pathetic - one of the most insipid i have seen. I am not prepared to wait longer for the CEO and Chair to deliver shareholder returns - i am afraid they will deliver further disastrous results quickly. I suggest shareholders work together to bring this fiasco to attention of authorities. Initially group complaints to ASX, ACCC, and Australian Shareholders Association could be done. After that i suggest shareholders with corporate law knowledge and experience lead shareholders in organising formal direct organisational challenge to remove CEO and Chair. The age of passive shareholders is long gone and we have to initiate action ourselves.
