    Its a turd.
    Will get the money unless there is a get out of jail clause i.e. "if stock falls xx % we pull our commitment" for the poor saps who committed to underwrite it but doesnt solve the fact the business model is rubbish
    You can count on more raisings. Crowd funding this in the US is absurd
