The Quarterly immediately prior to the release of the Prospectus does not reveal any outstanding loans - indeed, confirms there isn't any. If they were done after the Quarterly and were made by Directors or related persons, they would still have been subjected to a release stating the amount and terms etc - it is a related party event and subject to the requirements so imposed. To say it is not unusual is quite silly and incorrect. All Director loans imply a benefit and carry an obligation to disclose. To imply it is not unusual to withhold that information and further imply that because other companies do it then it must be ok, is like saying it not unusual to rob banks because other people do it.

If there are loans outstanding and that are to be repaid out of Issue/Placement funds - then they should have been outlined in the financials - if they are from Directors there was an obligation to disclose - all very simple

If the previous quarterly didn't disclose any loans, that would be because there were no loans to declare! It's really that simple. Since then, 7 weeks have passed and yes it's quite reasonable to think that during this time the company may of had to make a loan while they were in VS.
