So prior to consolidation the share price was at $0.01

Consolidation at 5:1 took place and the share price in turn became $0.05

The share price is currently 1 tenth of that value at $0.005, so investors who brought in prior to consolidation effectively have shares to the value of $0.001

The company now wants to further dilute the approx 1.2 billion shares by adding another 50% of shares at $0.004 which should see further short term drops in the share price.

For myself, the value of selling my shares is barely worth worrying about, but if you are thinking about taking up the "entitlement offer" I think you should definitely ask yourself the above 3 questions.
