i do think its time share holders and the bod stop using loyalty options as a value creation method and actually spend time creating the share holder value in share price appreciation. how much time have they invested into this offering and what aspects of the business arent receiving attention as a result.

also the last offering rewarded share holders with an opportunity the buy shares at a discount as a reward. this is a cr in disguise, but why do they need another $21mil. could be positive they have grand plans. but surely theyre looking into financing partnerships with equity stake holders.

this is more dilution and cr for no reason, reward yourselves and pay 50% less than the strike price by buying now. how many soi adter all these recent options are exercised, be over 1.5bil now
