Yep it’s pretty clever. Costs you lunch money to take up your options, so that won’t create any selling, but may create buying for others to get on board, then you have a couple of years to convert.
My guess is we all convert later this year, early next, and I doubt any of us will own IHL shares by 2026.
If things keep going the way they are progress wise, we likely get taken out by then in my view.
