People need to look beyond the ongoing outputs of the company, I stated years ago Corazon would be taken over and as yet I have not seen any evidence that this is not the case, but have over the past few years seen this BOD position the Company for a takeover and all the evidence thus far clearly shows this will be the case.

If others simply follow the money and join the dots, then it's not hard to come to the same conclusions, the recent inclusion of Delphi and Blackstone who are tied at the hip and have been for many years points to a position that is undeniably a position of extreme power over shareholders and the BOARD of directors who are now only running a company until such time as Wilhelm Klink and his Cronies want to push the button.

This latest raise shows the takeover is not far away, with both Wilhelm Klink and his Cronies taking their full entitlements, Delphi currently sits at 17% of the company and Blackstone controlling just over 14% imho if either of these 2 move to acquire the 19.9% allowable of Corazon then it's good night Irene, and the takeover will begin.

At what price would this come to unsuspecting investors, possibly be around 5 to 6cps given they are diluting holders by 50% again unless of course you take up the current offer, the company has in just on 12 months diluted the value of shareholders by 120% after Consolidating and in terms of this raise have another 50 % dilution added to those not wanting to participate in this raise.

Make no mistake a few years back when all the hype and upramping rubbish was being banded about in reference to a bloke heard from a mining guru in Canada that one of the biggest mining company's over there was looking to get their hands on Corazon, we all knew that was justvupramping rubbish, but what is happening with Delphi and Blackstone who are tied at the hip is a move to get Blackstone up an running at the expense of Corazon's shareholders, hope I am completely wrong but gee when you take off those rose coloured glasses and join the dots as well as looking at the red flags you have to be sceptical of Corazon's future in Canada.
