Sorry to hear about your losses, hopefully you will get them back on better credentialed stocks in the future.

Your post just confirms what has been stated for many a year about lifestyles, in saying that, the raise is just another slap in the face to investor's who have continued to pour money into this cash cow being milked at every opportunity available so as those lifestyles can continue.

But let's look at it in a different light, we know if anybody purchased pre consolidation period or post consolidation period they are the ones hit hardest by the current raise, to force investors to buy or be diluted by over 50% stinks at the highest levels as it shows the company has no empathy towards those investors and have only put this raise in place because Delphi an Blackstone have become involved, an that stands out like dig balls.

Dephi & Blackstone will be taking up their full entitlements and why not given the current SP which is half of its Post Consolidation currently, with Blackstone they will effectively bring their average down to 3.2cps by participating and Delphi's average will effectively be 3cps afterwards, so you can clearly see who this raise is aimed at and who are being shafted in the process, as was stated this BOD would do when or if the BEOT got involved, sometimes you just need to take on board alternative views as there are some who try to help others, unfortunately there are those wearing tin foil hats and rose coloured glasses who dispite being shown so many facts as to why Corazon is a Dog Stock still have a herd mentality ingrained thinking it's still a good company, sad really as this latest cash grab shows how the company treats it's loyal supporters.
