Here are my calcs to answer that question - using my case of 100,000 shares in ASM - entitling me to 2500 shares now and another 2500 at $1.74 (or $1.50 in today's money at 5%)
I believe the ASM share price at the time the options vest (Oct 2027) needs to $3.60 or higher to warrant taking the entitlement shares now - as opposed to buying 2500 now and another 2500 on market at that time.
Hope my calcs are right - but for me ASM at $3.60 or higher by end of 2027 is a no brainer given the high probability IMO of Dubbo proceeding. So I am in!
