Yes, you are right. So what is the strategy behind that when diluting shareholders equity?

Let's say the exercise will cost $100K, at the expense of small shareholders,(1:40), and,
then, issue the shortfall to a broker who then lends them to shorters. Silly me.

The board of ASM, are 10 times smarter than me, and the company has a bright future.
That is why, I HOLD, and have BUY orders in the market.

Have topped up at 40% discount of VWAP used in offer, and will continue to do so.
Will keep buying at discounted prices, and await details of take up of offer.

ASM has a very bright future, with very smart BOD. They have secured over $1B
interest from international funds, trying to secure access to REE, so as not to rely
on the domination that CHINA has in the marketplace.

USA just keep's throwing money around, so if DUBBO, get's up and running, USA,
will want in on a reliable source of critical minerals. ASM has that. ANTIMONY.

So keep on selling, I will keep on buying. GLTAH
