Don't which are more stupid. The Directors for doing such a small raise not understanding investors at this end of town will always sell down to the issue price, rather than the net dilutive mathmatical effect on the stock (as larger capped stocks do), or that the investors that indeed do en masse do it.
Bought far more on market myself. Another decent take-off announcement and it will be back up to $1.50-$2.00 as it does so often.
