Yep, it's insulting. However, although highly unlikely, there is still time for a superior proposal to emerge. Apian sold out to Shenghe for $0.99 per share back in Feb 2022. This company is worth a least that if not more now. Management are deceptive charlatans and should be ashamed of themselves.
