VEN seem to be increasingly confident that the scale issue is real and that it may have been impacting Vali also. If the meter readings have been low the JV will claw back some funds from the prior quarter as well as having better production moving forward.
VEN have also spelt out what will happen if the full entitlement isn't taken up.
A renewed focus on Odin/Vali, a problem that they think they can solve and cost cutting across the board. All good but really this should have been VEN's focus as operator last year when the scale issue was first discovered instead of the joke GLL/VEN tie-up. Good strategy delivered late.
