Interesting to see you perspective and willingness to take up the offer.

I have definitely overcapitalized on this stock just like WIN/NMT and I am working out if it is worth throwing more money at a stock that does have a high possibility of going under due to lack of funds.

I feel the timing of the CR is horrendous. I know the company needs cash but asking for it around XMAS during a cost of living crisis is probably as dumb as it gets. Like you have mentioned before this will definitely go down to 0.001 and stay there until partners along with projects are found. It is really hard to see the positives of putting money in at this time. This unfortunately will be in the same basket as WIN with a 90% loss. Def a lot to consider.
