So they going to issue let me get this right 533,000,000 shares at .002 of a cent and then...
They going to issue 1,75 BILLION shares at .002 of a cent...
Total shares to issue at .002 of a cent = 2.28 BILLION shares
Then they going to give underwriter 6% of the total proceeds plus 420million options exerciseable at .003 of a cent ????...
Is this all correct...
what the heck is going on here....
If this is correct, it takes the cake of all dilutionary CR..i have ever seen...
