Issuing 2.28 BILLION shares at 0.002 which is 3 times less than current shareprice...you call that survival???
Sorry i would call it something else, but certainly NOT survival...the current shareholders will be decimated with this dilution and such a huge amount of low priced shares to be issued.... in my opinion..
