I held this stock when it was PTO Consolidated when it was looking for a project to invest in - a very slow and painful wait.

It finally made the transistion to O&G explorer and changed it's name. And whilst I believe the Ukraine assets hold great promise, the state of the nation is making things extremely difficult.

Unfortunately moving on to another project in another country may keep the company on it's feet but it's another delay and for investors who have seen the SP fall since 18th October when it listed as COD at 16 cents fall 78% to the current 3.5 cents.
