Justification seems extremely vague to me.. nearly more 0's in the funds required than characters in the explanation.
Maybe someone with more knowledge in this company and/or industry could shed some light on my below questions?
Regarding the Japanese commercial opportunities:
- what is the time-frame here before we have any real business case?
- what regulatory clearances are required?
- what kind of "cultural" alterations to the product are going to be required?
Regarding the $1M for "advancement of CGS technology" :
- mobile applications for what purpose? for client? for healthcare professionals? What proportion of the $1M is for this?
- the design and validation of consumer engagement strategies - don't they have one already?
- and again, what is the timeframe for these items? is this being done internally or externally?
- why do CGS deem these items necessary for capital raise, is there a NPV type model justifying costs somewhere? Or is it just a hunch that it's a good idea?
