Obviously people were smart and DIDNT take up there rights issue. Need to choose your friends better as he grossly misinformed you about the substantial take up of the rights issue as the company just made an announcement having to extend the RI due to poor take up by shareholders and amend the shortfall terms to hopefully place it within 3 months
