The timetable was recently adjusted, the new dates are as follows:-
Offer closes - 25/10/24
Quoted on a deferred settlement basis - 28/10/24
Full quotation - 4/11/24*
*re-instatement is subject to ASX approval
I have spoken directly to the company and have been advised that there are no conditions to re-instatement other than satisfying ASX listing rules requirements as they pertain to liquidity. That means, if the offer raises the correct amount of money to tick off the liquidity rule, the securities will be re-instated as per the timetable.
The offer timetable is still subject to change at the company's discretion.
