It is close, but my model suggests otherwise, even if BPH is at 1.2c MMR Rights is a reasonable buy.
I suspect we are all about to get some good news, because if Labour is smart enough they will steal the Libs thunder and get cracking to set us on the way for PEP11 resource discovery.
