Thats correct. The closing dates have been altered, hence all other dates have been moved forward. MEC have stated that they now plan re-instatment will occur in November.
An aside. The oil balls washed up on Coogee and Gordons Bay are Hydro-carbons. Localised washing up suggest they occurred locally.
