It's only been open two days and I have heard that already acceptances have been received so I would say the opposite is true, take up is looking very strong.
There will be a smallish shortfall due to overseas holders, one in particular, not being eligible for the rights issue, but existing shareholders can get first option on those by asking for extra on their acceptance form.
