    Thanks @wllm

However, I seriously hope that no one is relying on my research and only using my research as motivation to do their own detailed research. This is really important as different people have different needs, strengths, time periods, etc. and no one's perfect.
In my case while I and most of my comments earlier, were more longer term oriented, my recent comments are far more shorter term oriented, and I'm even questioning whether long term investing makes any sense in today's chaotic markets.

One of the main reasons I did not hesitate to take up my rights is that there is ideally (again, there are no guarantees) a strong chance that Somers will want a spike and I might myself be one of those selling into a spike. It is really important to read all my comments henceforth from that perspective, as my recent comments and thought process is dramatically different from earlier, and return OF capital is much more important to me now than return ON capital.

I think TON seems cashed up from exploration angle and other routine stuff at least but I’d like to hear something from the company as to how they plan to address those legal issues in case they come about, and where is the cash going to come from. So from longer term point of view, cash is definitely a risk and possibly a very critical one, and there is nothing that guarantees that we cannot end up in VA again, somewhere down the line.

Having a Chinese cornerstone investor is a massive plus as it ideally gives us access to Chinese markets unlike any other company. I'd ideally like to know more about what happened to the delisted Shandong Tianye on ASX though. Some have already pointed out much earlier that they were listed on ASX long ago.

From sector point of view, some might remember that I was very frustrated around May-June when the graphite sector was booming and TON was in VA saying that these booms don’t last forever and prudent companies go in for capital raisings in such good times, and that although I have massive belief in the green energy sector in longer run, we could have several boom / busts in graphite along the way. SYR shortly after did indeed have their mega capital raising but TON has let some golden opportunities pass by being in VA, and only now coming back after sentiment has dampened a bit.

So from both short and long term angle, we are in somewhat "casino" territory as no one really knows what to expect. I'm just grateful to God that we at least have some money back.

Just a short note on emailed rights offer. I received an email from Computershare about my offer. I had registered with them much earlier and it is a useful way to obtain some info on your shares. I think I had done a general registration with Computershare long ago and then I had to specify my preferences for each company – financial report, etc. based on whether I wanted hard or soft copies. I think your “Holder id no” is needed to register but can’t remember exactly. Details should be present on some old correspondence received from them. I don’t know if there is a way to automatically go for soft copies for all shares because I still receive some hard copies and probably have to check my settings. It is definitely convenient and I received my details on first day by email and promptly took up my rights through BPAY in no time. There are other registries too besides Computershare

    Cheers
