From memory this is the first time all Directors have participated in a raise. But I doubt they'd exercise their options @ 10 cents before the Ex Date (23 Oct)... that's probably a bridge too far. But having said that, wouldn't that send a signal to the market.
I wonder if other unlisted option holders exercise before the Ex Date to get their entitlement. I note CT103 ($0 expiring 15 Dec) and CT105 ($0.03 expiring 06 Dec) on page 9.
