    ...but residential aged care is not improving instead it is a disgrace and a horror in many cases. ICR is a great tool for residential aged care where relevant staff are usually scarce, underpaid, underqualified and generally unavailable. NDIS / care packages fund it as they obviously see the value there. I can't see it going bust although economic times are difficult these days people do have money.
