They do have a commercialised product that could start earnings improvements and the intention is to turn the revenue into profitability one day. I think it is a possibility and they wouldn't be running the company if they didn't think it could get off the ground eventually, its still a start up - there is a future for what the technology does and it will be improved as well as nothing stands still for long with tech minds at work earning their bread. The CR funds will also be used for promotion/sales purposes and further researching. It just needs scaleability.
