According to ASX announcement on 27 Oct 2017 (Annual Report 2017);
Chairman's Letter by Dr Allan Trench on Oct 2017 clearly stated that
"Apollo is free carrying Enterprise's 30% interest to completion of bankable feasibility stage on any discovery. If a bankable feasibility study is not completed and Apollo withdraws, it must return 100% ownership of the tenements to Enterprise."
From my best recall, I have seen several times this sort of mentioning especially in previous Annual Reports.
