From my understanding is that Century Minerals P/L has vended Pitfield tenements to Empire Metals Ltd and it found world class Ti discovery at Pitfield and co-owner of Century Minerals Mr Steve Hart is a HM specialist and worked for MD Dermot about 20 years ago. So my logic was that when Mr Steve Hart vended tenement Coorow E70/5999, it looked more reasonable that he (and his co-owner) could vended good or persuading tenement rather than likely useless or totally dud one.

Cautiously, as far as I know, company management of ENT could likely think that Coorow E70/5999 looked containing the southern continuation of the Yandannoka Basin sediments, which is the host of the Pitfield Ti discovery.
