So my logic was that when Mr Steve Hart vended tenement Coorow E70/5999, it looked more reasonable that he (and his co-owner) could vended good or persuading tenement rather than likely useless or totally dud one.

pw, thank you for this they have allot of work to complete in the next 12 months and hitting the bulls eye on each one will need allot of luck on their side.
